Joining as a lab manager and research assistant, Sujaan ran the weekly Friday watering hole events from August 2022 to May 2023, demonstrating his ability to take on responsibility and manage critical aspects of the lab’s operation. This helped him network with professionals and even strengthened his project management skills, which he continues to apply in his job role to this day.

Sujaan is currently positioned as a business analyst at Travis County in Austin. He navigates through a dynamic environment in a team of 40, where he plays a crucial role in analyzing past budgets and creating new ones for different departments. His time at the ArtSciLab, under the mentorship of Professor Kathryn and Roger, and the group meetings and weekly agenda setting, significantly boosted his confidence and equipped him with invaluable soft skills.
