Organized the first Phi Delta Phi Inn in Europe at Marie Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, Poland [this Inn is named in his honor]. Expanded European membership to Germany [establishing Inns at Hamburg, Tübingen, Munich, Frankfurt am Main, and Heidelberg] and has approached a university in the United Kingdom. Prize-winning author [George Washington Medal of Freedoms Foundation (“The Bill of Rights”) and State Bar College best article of the year 1999], specializing in procedural law [co-author, West’s Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, Annotated since 1996], legal ethics, and cyberethics.
